Sometimes the computer just has issues and won’t work as well as it did the day before. If we turn off the computer, it reboots/resets itself and once we turn it back on it works again. In a Sound Immersion Meditation, the space is created to allow our brain, body, and entire nervous system to deeply relax and recharge so that once you go back into the world you may operate from a relaxed space and feel more energized. A Sound Immersion can allow our entire nervous system to drop into the parasympathetic state which is the relaxed “rest and digest” state. This is different operating system from our fast-paced sympathetic system we usually live from and in.
Absolutely no experience is necessary. Dress comfortably, bring blankets and pillows to create a comfy “nest” for you to sink into the salt and sounds for a deeply listening experience.
