Curious about Sound Healing, Sound Immersions, or Sound Baths but not quite sure what they're all about? Here's a hint—they're different names often used for similar experiences that use sound to invite the mind and body into a calmer, more relaxed state!

You're invited to join us in the Forest Room for a welcoming, 60-minute introductory class combining a little learning with the opportunity to experience something beautifully simple—how certain sounds can help us slow down, quiet the mind, and just feel better.

Discover how cultures around the world have used sound for thousands of years, what Sound Healing and Sound Immersions actually are, and why people today are turning to sound as a way to ease stress, settle the busy mind, and encourage the body to relax and reset.

We'll explore the connection between sound and the nervous system, why learning to relax both mind and body is so important to our overall well-being, and how sound can become a valuable part of everyday self-care. You'll also leave with a few simple tools you can begin using right away to quiet your mind and create moments of calm in your daily life.

During this one-hour experience, there will be time for questions, followed by a shortened Sound Immersion featuring a variety of sound instruments, including beautiful Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, giving you an opportunity to experience what we've been discussing.

No experience necessary, no expectations, and no need to know how to meditate. Simply come with curiosity and an open heart and mind!

Dress comfortably. You will be on mats on the floor or a zero gravity chair—you choice.
