Did you know that a Sound Immersion can assist your body in deeply relaxing and thus releasing stress and tension from our muscles? And, as you relax you will find your breathing getting slower and deeper leading to more oxygen rich blood moving through your body which leads to lower blood pressure. And, this is just a couple of the many benefits of participating in a Sound Immersion. A quieter, calmer mind is another of the many benefits.
No experience is necessary. Please bring pillow(s), blankets and perhaps a yoga or something to lay on and to make a cozy “nest” for yourself. Eye pillows provided or bring our own.
