Using the soothing tones of Alchemy Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, this immersive sound meditation invites you to gently quiet the mind and relax the body. As the vibrations wash over you, they help guide the nervous system into a calmer state where the body can rest and restore.
Many people experience sound immersion as a way to soften mental chatter, release tension held in the body, and reconnect with a deeper sense of inner peace.
Research continues to explore how sound and vibration influence the body and mind. A 2016 study published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Complementary & Alternative Medicine found that participants in singing bowl meditations experienced significant reductions in tension, anger, fatigue, and depressed mood while increasing feelings of spiritual well-being.
During this session you will be guided to gently settle your awareness into the present moment, and drop into the stillness of your body using simple breath awareness and the phrase:

This rhythmic breathing practice helps engage the mind while allowing the body to relax more deeply into the sound.
As the vibrations of the crystal bowls and other Sound Healing Instruments fill the room, they create a field of resonance that can help the brain and nervous system shift toward states associated with relaxation, creativity, and calm focus. This creates the space for you to respond instead of reacting to life’s moments.
The Full Moon offers an opportunity to release what no longer serves you and create space for clarity and renewal. This sound immersion provides a peaceful container to simply rest, receive, and refill your own cup.
When we give ourselves time to restore and reconnect inwardly, we naturally have more presence and energy to share with others.

Absolutely NO experience need or required. I will provide eye pillows or bring your own. Dress comfortably and bring a blanket and pillow and perhaps an extra yoga mat and/or something comfortable to lay on.
