Summer is a season of warmth, activity, and long, full days. Yet even in the height of summer, the body benefits from moments of coolness, stillness, and restoration.

Join Lissee Spiller, Sound Healing Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist, for a deeply restorative Sound Immersion using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and other Sound Healing Instruments. Certified through the Academy of Sound Healing in England and Crystal Cadence—Sacred Science of Sound Healing—Lissee has been offering sound immersions since 2020, helping people experience how vibration and tone can support relaxation and nervous system balance.

Lissee’s work is grounded in the idea of Music as Medicine—the understanding that sound and vibration can help create the conditions for the body and mind to settle, restore and return to harmony. While we cannot remove the pace and activity of daily life, we can create intentional spaces where the body is invited to relax, reset, and reconnect with its natural rhythm. With this we then re-enter our lives in a calmer more focused manner.

During this immersive experience, participants lie comfortably while the tones and vibrations of the bowls fill the room. As the body senses and feels the vibrations, the nervous system often begins to soften. Breath deepens, muscles release, and the constant stream of mental chatter can begin to quiet. In this calmer state, the body has an opportunity to rebalance and restore.

This experience is not about escaping life, but about creating a pause—a cool oasis in the warmth of summer—where sound and stillness help the body remember how to relax.
